Entire experience was worth the drive from Toledo! Dealership was immaculate, entire sales-team professional and friendly, and Adam Fausey went above and beyond to make sure I left with a car I felt confident in! He steered me away from one I saw on-line because he felt it wouldn’t be the best for me in the long run and put me in a wonderful car, that has more technology than my apartment! We bought our first Equinox 12 years ago brand new from Snyder Chevrolet. Many vacations, softball tournaments, daily life, etc has warranted the need for a new car. Our new Equinox is beautiful, comfortable and most of all the feeling of reliability. I purchased a brand new 2023 Chevy Traverse. Adam at Snyder Chevrolet was great to work with. I called the dealership in the afternoon to ask about a car I saw on their website and we spoke on the phone for about 30 minutes going over all of the car and pricing details. Based on the information I provided he was able to give me an estimated price that I felt was fair for the make/model of the car. When I went to the lot to look at the car and talk about the final pricing everything was accurate based on the phone conversation we had, no hidden fees or surprises. Throughout the process he was great to work with as far as feeling like I could trust him to be honest with the information he gave me and he was very kind and professional. All options including several add-ons, upgrades and potential future add-ons/refinancing options were presented to me but I did not feel pressured by them to purchase any add-ons that I did not want which was appreciated and made me feel like they did respect my choices rather than just pushing for a higher purchase price. The whole process from arriving to the lot, test driving the car, discussing details, getting financing, and moving items from the old car to the new was less than 2 hours. The 30-40 minute drive from my house to the lot was well worth the level of service received. Overall I would recommend Snyder Chevrolet to anyone looking for an honest dealer.

I’ve purchased several vehicles from them through the years and I’ve never had a bad experience with them and I always come back because of how they have treated me. You can trust them to be flexible with their time, to give you a fair deal and to treat you with honesty and integrity. My most recent experience was with Mitch Beals as my salesman. He was easy to work with, had quotes to us quickly and was thorough when explaining the features of my new Acadia. He also checked in a few days later to make sure I was happy with my vehicle.
